for the group leader or leaders. This
conference offers an opportunity to explore, from both theoretical and experiential
perspectives, the tasks of group leaders and co-leadership teams. Workshops are structured to allow participants
to bring material from their own group work experiences as well as providing an
opportunity to learn from the work of other participants and the workshop
leader/s.
Workshops
will be of interest to those who facilitate client and/or staff groups in
statutory,
voluntary and community settings in the fields of health and social care,
education and
organisational consultancy.
