Ongoing research, audit programmes, and/or effectiveness or quality procedures in place: |
We started our operation three years ago. Now we are starting a research to examine the agency factors and effectiveness of the system. We work in qualitative (computer aided content and discourse analysis of semi-structure interviews) and quantitative (self completing questionnaires, scaling methods) methods analysing therapeutic acts. We are planning to start an action research by the end of this year. |
