Welcome to the ATC Website
The Association of Therapeutic Communities (ATC) is a professional organisation which aims to reduce psychological and emotional distress by supporting the work of Therapeutic Communities (TCs) and those that work within them. We do this through education and training and promoting the values of the therapeutic community approach in recovery and rehabilitation.
This website is essential for people wanting to know more about TCs. It describes the different types of TCs, what they do and who might benefit from them. Our member TCs can be found across the UK and overseas and if you are looking for a TC in your area you will find the members directory very helpful. Our Jobs pages will also keep you up to date with vacancies in the sector.
